Induction program
When you start with DORC, you will embark on an extensive induction programme. This ranges from training courses about ophthalmology to ‘Meet the CEO’, as the latter very much likes to get to know each of you in person. We find it very important that you feel welcome here and settle in the new environment. This will help you start with full confidence and enthusiasm.
Customized career at DORC
In order to make your career at DORC concrete, we are busy developing a management development programme. Since no person is the same, custom work is key to this. You define your targets with your supervisor and decide on a customized development and training plan.
