Account Manager Region North.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Supporting the UK commercial team to maximize market share, revenue, profitability, and product life cycle of the DORC product portfolio in the UK.
- Aid in developing and executing the UK sales strategy and operational plans that reflect the global marketing plan. Assist in setting objectives and KPI’s.
- Facilitate an optimal harmonization between the UK Sales and marketing activities with the strategic business plan of the company to ensure alignment with customer groups (teaching hospitals, A+, AB and KOL’s) and key product groups.
- Increase awareness in & build DORC brand loyalty in key accounts nationally
- Introduce new DORC products to KOLs, academic facilities, & key accounts
- Manage and improve the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and AB (Advisory board) program and act as DORC’s representative to KOLs in France.
- Execute on product life cycle management in KOL and academic accounts
- Comply and develop reports on account progress, goals, and forecast for account teams and stakeholders.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients/accounts meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to improve business and marketing strategies with Key Accounts. Skills, know-how and experience:

- 5+ years relevant commercial/sales experience with medical Products preferably within Opthalmology
- Proven track record of increasing market share, revenue and profitability of product groups.
- Confident working and executing both marketing and commercial initiatives to develop a UK key account and KOL strategy
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of increasing market share with major teaching hospitals, key accounts and KOLs nationally.
- Relationship builder working with KOLs, influencer; inspiring trust, collaboration, culturally adept.
- Ability to work effectively & cooperatively within a global company
- Must have the ability to travel as a major component of this role.
