Front-end BI Coordinator

Join our team to spearhead the growth and synchronization of business demand for cutting-edge data analysis and reporting solutions, where your expertise will pave the way for dynamic insights and strategic decision-making.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • BI contact point for Supply/Demand alignment with the Global Business Units;
  • Organizes, aligns and prioritizes Report Changes and/or Report Initiatives together with the stakeholders in the Business;
  • Capturing and analyzing reporting requirements to advise, develop and implement suiting solutions (ensures the solution fits the needs of the users) taking into account data architecture and best practice guidelines;
  • Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through data analysis and proper reporting solutions & tooling;
  • 1st and 2nd line support of our Reporting Solutions;
  • Alignment with third parties related to output and new demand;
  • Fulfils an expert role between the business users and IT regarding Reporting;
  • Leads or participates in projects and/or change initiatives;
  • Prepares and/or advises on project issues for decision making by the project manager and/or board;
  • Ensures compliancy and validation processes are followed;
  • ITIL Service Management (e.g. incident, problem, change management), where applicable in close collaboration with other IT departments;
  • Coaches and advices other colleagues if required;
  • Provides input to strategy for the future of her/his own field of expertise.

Required Skills And Experience:

You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent ability) in related field with 6-10 Years of working experience in a related field

Technical Skills:

  • Demand/Supply alignment with Business Stakeholders;
  • Supplier Management and Budget Control;
  • Reporting/Dashboard Design and Realization;
  • Documenting business requirements and functional specifications;
  • Test and service level management;
  • Microsoft SQL (databases)/Datawarehouse Essentials;
  • Microsoft Power BI;
  • Microsoft DAX is a pre;
  • T-SQL is a pre;
  • ITIL Certification is a pre.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Strong project management abilities;
  • Proactive and self-motivated;
  • Solid analytical skills;
  • Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership.
