Post Market Surveillance Officer

We are seeking a committed Post Market Surveillance Officer to oversee and advance our Post Market Surveillance (PMS) initiatives. This position calls for strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, coupled with a proactive mindset, self-motivation, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and oversee post-market surveillance plans, documents, and reports in line with regulations, standards, and internal policies
  • Support standard Risk Management processes by providing essential data to the risk management team
  • Represent Post Market Surveillance in cross-functional meetings
  • Prepare for and participate in external and internal audits and inspections related to PMS
  • Analyze complaint data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Continuously improve PMS processes and escalate any unusual or serious complaints or trends

Skills, knowledge and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Health & Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar area
  • A minimum of 5 years in a related field such as Complaints, Vigilance, Post Market Surveillance, Quality, or Regulatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with Risk Management processes
  • Experience in Medical Device and Drug Regulations
  • Proficiency in data management systems and Post Market Surveillance activities
  • A quality-focused mindset with attention to detail and a high level of integrity
