Project Manager - Medical Devices

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through a structured process, from initial Product Management request or concept to achieving stable production, working closely with colleagues from the Design Technology and Innovation (DTI) group.
  • Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure project compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee the project team's adherence to project plans and DORC Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide ongoing monitoring and progress reporting.
  • Adjust project plans, schedules, and budgets as needed in response to scope changes, with appropriate agreement.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Your enthusiasm is contagious in coaching your team, you are a genuine leader.
  • You hold you own in meetings and can deliver a message confidently.
  • Proactive, driven, pragmatic, and resilient.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to maintain focus on the big picture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multidisciplinary project teams in an R&D environment or as a Senior Engineer.
  • PMI PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
